For details of each product, you may ask direct by call. Alternatively, you can fill "Inquiry" section in Inquiry Form in or homepage and send it to us. We will reply to you as soon as possible once received.
In addition to our stand chopsticks, we can print your name, family crest or shop name on chopsticks, paper wrap, chopsticks gift box and other products. If you consider name-printed products, please request us when ordering.

Chopsticks Selection
We will select and send our suggestions of what chopsticks would be suitable for your request and purpose.

Initial Quote and Shipping Samples
We will ship a sample to you after producing chopsticks based on your request and preferences.
At this time we will also send a price estimate with the sample chopsticks.
Final Quote and Production
If you are satisfied with the sample chopsticks, we will send a final price quotation based on the number of chopsticks you order.
Upon price agreement, we will start producing your order.
Completion & Delivery of Goods
We deliver your chopsticks right after production is completed. Please inspect the chopsticks upon arrival and make certain we flawlessly manufactured them based on your requirements. If there are any problems, please let us know.
